We recognize that traditional grade alignments don’t always match every student’s academic and developmental needs. Our groupings allow flexibility based on readiness and growth
Most elementary students will be enrolled in one of two elementary rotation blocks. Early Elementary is Kindergarten-2nd grade. Elementary is 3rd-6th grade. Our team will divide these students into separate, multi-aged groups based on age, enrollment numbers and student needs.
Early Childhood
- Nursery
- Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4
- Kindergarten (ages 5–6) This traditional kindergarten class will cover all appropriate subjects and be with one teacher. This class will be a great option for a student who would benefit from being with the same teacher all morning and having less transitions.
Early Elementary (K–2nd Grade)
- Divided into three groups based on age, enrollment numbers and student needs
- Morning enrollment covers three rotating subjects in a block schedule
- Afternoon: Limited a la carte class options available
Elementary (3rd–6th Grade)

Note: Some 2nd grade students may be ready for Elementary classes based on readiness. Similarly, some 6th graders may enroll in either Elementary rotations or Middle School a la carte classes. Please let us know if you would like to discuss these options with our team.
Middle School (6th–9th Grade)
- Fully a la carte: Students enroll individually in classes of their choice
- Study Hall options available to bridge gaps between classes
